This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Services Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services for patients with neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses. This role requires flexibility and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide neuro re-education, gait training, balance, and cognitive re-education.


• Utilize mobility devices and lift systems, ensuring patient safety and comfort.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.


• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with care protocols.


• Assist with home safety assessments and family training.

• BLS certification required.


• Current Utah Physical Therapist license required.


• Graduate of an accredited PT program (MSPT/DPT).


• Previous acute care experience is highly recommended; ICU experience preferred.


• Understanding of lab values, weight-bearing precautions, and treatment protocols.
