Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Piano, and/ or Voice, and/or Drum Instructors to inspire students of all ages and abilities through engaging and innovative teaching methods. Duties
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels in piano, voice, drums, or other creative arts disciplines
- Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate musical instruments
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment for children and adults alike
- Provide individualized instruction to support students’ artistic development and performance skills
- Support students’ emotional and social growth through mentorship and constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and lesson plans for ongoing assessment
Experience
- Proven experience in teaching music
- Experience working with adults and children with diverse needs
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Familiarity with instrument performance (piano, voice, drums)
- Experience in arts education settings such as schools, community centers, or private studios
- Ability to work effectively with students of all abilities while fostering a love for the arts through engaging instructional methods
