What You’ll Do:
- Inspect & Diagnose: Perform thorough site evaluations on TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, and Metal commercial systems.
- Scope Repairs: Identify leaks, defects, and structural issues to create accurate repair scopes for clients and internal teams.
- Deliver Clean Reports: Document findings with photos and clear recommendations using a company-provided tech.
- Perform Hands-On Work: Execute skilled, durable repairs for both quick patches and complex system fixes as needed.
- Manage Your Day: Work independently and with a team across local job sites with high reliability and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial Roofing Experience Preferred: Proven background inspecting, installing, or repairing commercial and industrial roof systems.
- Detail-Oriented: A commitment to getting the diagnosis and repair right the first time.

- Self-Driven: High reliability to manage your own routes and field production.
