We are seeking a high-producing, quality-driven Commercial & Industrial Roof Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be our eyes on the roof—responsible for investigating issues, designing smart solutions for both simple and extensive repairs, putting together comprehensive client reports, and performing skilled repair work yourself when required.

What You’ll Do:
- Inspect & Diagnose: Conduct thorough inspections of various commercial and industrial roofing systems (including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, and Metal).
- Design Scopes of Work: Diagnose building leaks and defects, developing clear, precise scopes of work for both minor maintenance and extensive, multi-phase repair projects.
- Generate Reports: Compile detailed, professional inspection reports (including photo documentation and repair recommendations) for management and clients.
- Perform Skilled Repairs: Utilize your hands-on expertise to execute high-quality, durable repairs on-site for both simple patches and more complex system fixes.
- Work Autonomously: Manage your daily schedule, site visits, and reporting independently while maintaining a high volume of production.
What We Are Looking For:
- Industry Expertise: Preferred hands-on commercial/industrial roofing experience. You know the unique nuances of all major roof types.
