AIM LLC is Hiring Regional Sales Consultants
We’re expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals to represent AIM LLC across multiple regions.
About AIM LLC
AIM (Armory Information Management) develops modern, cloud-based software built specifically for Law Enforcement Armory Operations. The platform tracks weapons, optics, serialized components, and gear across the full lifecycle—from acquisition to assignment to retirement.
In addition to asset management, AIM also tracks officer training, certifications, and qualifications, providing a complete operational picture of personnel readiness and compliance. AIM eliminates spreadsheets, manual logs, and outdated tracking systems, giving agencies real-time visibility, audit compliance, and accountability over every asset and officer record.
Ideal Candidates:
- Retired Law Enforcement Officers (LEO)
- Prior experience in Armory Operations, Range Staff, or Training Coordination
- Strong understanding of weapons maintenance, issue/turn-in processes, and agency procurement workflows
- Comfortable building relationships with local, state, and federal agencies
Role Overview:
Regional Sales Consultants will serve as the direct liaison between AIM LLC and law enforcement agencies. This is a consultative sales position, focused on problem-solving, product education, and supporting agencies with asset management and armory modernization solutions.
Why AIM LLC:
We’re building technology that simplifies armory operations and enhances accountability. You’ll be representing a system built by people who understand the job—because we’ve done the job.
Compensation:
Commission-based with performance incentives and regional exclusivity opportunities.
If you’re a retired LEO looking to stay connected to the profession and help agencies modernize how they manage weapons, equipment, and training, we’d like to talk.
