We’re looking for an ambitious, self-starter, and collaborative Business Intern to join our Phoenix team for Summer 2026. This internship offers an inside look into how a growing manufacturing company operates across multiple functions—including sales, marketing, and operations—while contributing to real projects that make an impact. What You’ll Do:
- Gain hands on sales experience through lead generation, outreach, territory research, etc.
- Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand development efforts.
- Contribute to ongoing business development initiatives and strategic projects.
- Present insights and recommendations to company leadership at the end of the internship.
- Gather and analyze data to support performance metrics, cost tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
- Attend leadership meetings and shadow team members to understand how decisions are made across the company.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that streamline workflows or enhance customer experience.
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior) pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Interested in learning all facets of a business, from operations to sales strategy.
- A self-starter who’s eager to take initiative and solve problems creatively.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with people across multiple departments.
- Strong in communication, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
