THE ROLE
As Administrative Coordinator, you are the front door and the backbone of our Fayetteville office — the first face visitors see, the voice on the phone, and the person who keeps onboarding, records, calendars, and supplies running like clockwork. You’ll support HR, recruiting, and training across a growing two-state company. Organized, dependable, people-first. High ownership.
What You’ll Own
The front desk — welcoming employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors; answering and directing calls
Onboarding logistics — folders, paperwork, I-9 collection, badge photos and badges, Procore setup, and email signatures, so every new hire is ready on day one
Compliance records — driver’s license, DOT, and OSHA card tracking, plus the Safety Shoe Voucher program
Communication rhythm — weekly org charts, monthly calendars, company emails and invites, and a monthly internal newsletter
Events & engagement — support for employee events, recognition programs, and community activities
Office operations — supplies, vendor orders, document prep, mail, and business errands
What We’re Looking For
1 years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience preferred — we will train the right person
Organized and detail-driven — you keep lists, hit deadlines, and follow through without reminders
Comfortable with computers — Microsoft Office required; experience with ADP, Procore, or similar systems a plus
A warm, professional communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
Discretion with confidential information — this role sits inside HR
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (occasional errands and pickups)
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
