What You’ll Do
- Define and implement quality management systems across all plants (aligned with ISO 9001)
- Lead internal audits across multiple global sites
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in quality processes
- Manage supplier quality, customer complaints, and recall processes
- Deliver training and development to foster a quality-first mindset
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- This position is independent contributer
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and supplier quality
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Traveling to the EU, US, and Mexico
