Cook | Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
$21.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
PRN | Shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00PM & 1:00PM – 7:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, therapeutic diet requirements, and approved food safety and sanitation standards, including alternative meal selections when needed.
- Review menus before food preparation, ensure ingredients and supplies are available for upcoming meals, and help maintain a clean, organized food storage area.
- Follow all safety regulations, infection control practices, and sanitary procedures throughout food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the dietitian and interdisciplinary team, including CNAs, to implement dietary recommendations and support quality resident care.
Qualifications for Success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience as a Cook in a commercial setting
- Prior experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to function both independently and as a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
