Are you the master of calendars, a wizard with words, and the go-to person for making things happen? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love music, and want your work to actually matter? If so, we want you on our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the right hand to our CEO and executive team, keeping the show running smoothly
- Own the calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and make sure no one double-books lunch (again)
- Jet-setter? You’ll organize and book travel arrangements
- Prepare and polish everything from emails to presentations - your docs are always on point
- Attend meetings, take notes, and make sure action items don’t disappear into the void
- Be the friendly face (and voice) connecting internal teams and external partners
- Help HR throw the best company events - think less “mandatory fun,” and more “can’t miss party”
- Handle confidential info with the utmost discretion
- Tame the inbox, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Dive into industry research, compiling briefing materials for our execs
- Jump in on special projects and new initiatives - no two days are ever the same?
