Job Summary
As a Sober Living Tech, you will provide comprehensive support to residents in our facilities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that fosters long-term sobriety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support during resident intake, orientation, and discharge processes
- Administering urine screens and performing room searches, ensuring all procedures are documented accurately
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and supply levels of the unit
- Keeping detailed resident records and ensuring availability of necessary documentation on the unit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals in recovery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and Compassion: Provide empathetic support during daily interactions with residents, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to recovery.
- Objective Clinical Decision-Making: Evaluate resident needs impartially and make informed clinical decisions based on accurate and comprehensive information.
