- CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**********************
- Performs personnel action reports (PAR) and processing for a myriad of purposes in the overall management of Departmental employees, including talent acquisition support, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Advanced knowledge of personnel action processing
- Ability to independently manage HR transactions
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to support onboarding and training activities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-volume environments
- 7 years' on-the-job experience with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
