Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs personnel action reports (PAR) and processing for a myriad of purposes in the overall management of Departmental employees, including talent acquisition support, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advanced knowledge of personnel action processing
  • Ability to independently manage HR transactions
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to support onboarding and training activities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in high-volume environments

Minimum/General Experience

  • 7 years' on-the-job experience with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast paced customer service environment.

Minimum Education

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
