Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide behavioral therapy, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and implement individualized care plans to promote growth, independence, and well-being. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy, including applied behavior analysis techniques, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist children and individuals with developmental disabilities in completing daily activities such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment plans and ensure effective behavior management strategies are implemented.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to develop, review, and update personalized care plans and behavioral health goals.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior reports, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support clients during therapy sessions by applying behavior management techniques that promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during patient care activities; assist with emergency responses if needed.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles, behavior management strategies, and special education practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and maintaining confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Hands-on experience assisting with ADLs and implementing individualized care plans in a clinical or educational setting.
• Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively; ability to analyze data for treatment adjustments.
