- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and coordinate ongoing patient care plans
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and interpret medical terminology
- Experience managing medical records securely in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients’ families
