Store Manager – Arlington Wine & Liquor (Full-Time)

Arlington Wine & Liquor is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have a strong background in wine—especially French, Italian, and California wines—and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff management
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships
- Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations (French, Italian, California focus)
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product displays
- Execute promotions, tastings, and in-store events
- Ensure compliance with NYS liquor laws and store policies
- Train and mentor team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in wine & liquor retail (management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of French, Italian, and California wines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
