Our client located in the McHenry, Illinois is looking for a Total Rewards Leader to join their team:
Description:
- Will serve as a sole contributor and SME on Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for benchmarking, compensation review, putting together competitive offers
- Recommend engagement and retention strategies
- Manage the delivery of benefit and retirement programs
- Ensure compliance and manage HRIS modules for benefits and compensation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 8 years of compensation & benefits experience
- CEBS or CCP Certification desired
- Background in a manufacturing industry desired
This position is fully onsite. Relocation Assistance Available! Salary up to $115K plus bonus and stock options. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/STD/LTD/Tuition Reimbursement Available
