Are you passionate about customer service, real estate, and marketing? Arlington Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant who not only excels in resident relations but also brings strong digital marketing and social media skills to the table.
This role is unique: you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in achieving occupancy goals, while also driving community visibility online through social media campaigns, Google Business engagement, and digital reputation management.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing options.
- Manage the full leasing process from introduction to move-in, including paperwork, applications, and deposits.
- Develop, schedule, and publish social media campaigns to promote the property, drive leads, and boost engagement.
- Maintain and optimize the Google Business Profile to ensure accurate, appealing information and timely responses to inquiries.
- Monitor, engage with, and respond to online reviews and comments across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Partner with the Community Manager to track occupancy trends and recommend marketing strategies.
- Support resident relations and retention efforts, including events and community activities.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience running social media campaigns (organic and/or paid).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and Google Business Profiles.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and online.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
