  • Cross-training in other areas of the Enforcement team and representing the Compliance Division on special projects;
  • Responding to inquiries from citizens, other County agencies, and staff, and supporting customer transactions by occasionally operating a cashier window as scheduled; and
  • Assisting division management and performing additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess effective verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, critical-thinking skills, coachability, and the ability to remain professional and calm in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment. This position requires the ability to identify and prioritize the tasks necessary to meet long- and short-term objectives, as well as effective time management and multitasking skills to achieve these objectives. The candidate must be adept with technology and with using multiple complex systems at the same time, while eliciting, understanding, and advocating for customer needs.
