The Role
We are seeking an energetic, positive, hard-working, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position requires punctuality, reliability, excellent prioritization skills, ability to multitask efficiently without compromising accuracy, and great computer/technology skills. As a Staff Accountant, you will:
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and export revenue and expenses into Sage Intacct.
- Create daily management reports from multiple data sources.
- Job cost and reconcile jobs through matching of purchase orders, receipt and invoices
- Maintain accurate list of accounts receivable through new invoice entries and customer statement reconciliation.
- Perform data entry into Sage Intacct and other software programs.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable subledger to general ledger.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members as needed to resolve issues or answer questions.
- Assist with month-end close process and annual audit.
- Serve as backup for other accounting functions.
- Special projects as necessary.
Competencies for Success
- Minimum experience required is 1 year.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- Sage Intacct Experience preferred
- ADP Experience preferred
- Job costing experience preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong Excel and Accounting software skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
