We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all materials are handled safely with a high level of accuracy. This position is 40 hrs a week and requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Building Sample Display boards by Measuring, marking and cutting tile using powered tools, hand tools, and hot glue guns.
- Lifting up to 75 lbs. and building pallets for stability using brick pattern and layer building.
- Daily cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Operate various styles of powered equipment including cherry-pickers, and sit-down forklifts.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established procedures for inventory management.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain high levels of efficiency.

Skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
- Basic concepts of math (addition/subtraction/multiplication)
- Proficiency in material handling techniques and warehouse operations.
- Experience with order picking processes and heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds).
- Familiarity with paper tickets and order sheets is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to operate cherry pickers and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work with minimal supervision while prioritizing accuracy and safety first.
- Ability to work with a team or independently as needed.
