What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at ARKRAY GROUP?
Summary
This position will be responsible for managing a wide variety of Human Resources tasks including but not limited to hiring, company policy, compensation and benefits and training.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish, including candidate communication, hiring manager coordination, and offer-related discussions.
- Support compensation management activities, including market pricing, salary negotiations, internal equity reviews, and periodic adjustments.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned employee benefit plans and leave-related questions.
- Assist with employee onboarding, performance review programs, training initiatives, and other HR-related projects as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Play a part in the administration of performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. This includes external market pricing of positions and internal compensation equity analysis at point of hire, promotion, and periodic market adjustments.
- Assist in the establishment and evaluation of Merit Increases, Employee Incentive Pay (Bonus) Plan and Sales Incentive (commission) plans.
- Assist in the creation of new training, development and promotion programs. This includes training and development programs on company culture, philosophy and policy.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Five or more years of experience in any HR field required
- Willingness to take on new challenges and present solutions to problems

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
