What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at Arkouda Industries Inc?
We are a tobacco-free company.
Employees typically work 50 to 60 hours per week, M-F.
This job provides a great deal of variety and new challenges each day while working outdoors.
CDL is a plus, but not required. Assignments will change as the projects change.
The primary responsibilities of this position include spotting underground utilities, prepping materials and equipment, and other duties as assigned to assist the installation of underground utilities; may operate a mini excavator as needs arise.
Must be able to regularly lift 75lbs, walk long distances across varying terrain, and withstand varying temps and weather conditions (within reason).
Equipment includes: Mini-excavator, horizontal directional drill, electronic locating sensors, quad-track cable plow, hydrovac excavator, skid loader.
Starting pay is commensurate with previous experience and CDL.
