Hiring: Project Manager / PMO – Portfolio & Vendor Governance
Location: Hybrid – Multiple Locations Across the US

We are looking for a Project Manager / PMO professional to manage a customer portfolio across multiple vendors and partners. This is a non-technical role focused on governance, coordination, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio-level governance and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate across multiple vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Drive timesheet governance and resource tracking
- Ensure compliance with processes, SOWs, and reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong PMO / Project Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint expertise
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments
- High ownership and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
- Experience with Power BI or dashboards
- Understanding of SOWs, POs, and vendor governance
