Job Summary
Ezee Fiber is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with deep experience in fiber optic construction, networking, and large-scale telecommunications project delivery.
This role will lead and manage high-volume fiber deployment initiatives—including construction, dark fiber, lit transport, internet services, and FTTH—while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver hundreds of concurrent projects in one or more markets.
The Regional Project Manager will drive operational discipline, ensure data integrity, improve processes, and maintain strong executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external customers. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project manager and business administration. or a related field. A Minimum of five years of Outside Plant (OSP) telecom construction and/or engineering project coordination experience preferred.

Essential Functions
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end telecommunications projects from initiation through final delivery.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee execution of fiber construction, dark fiber, lit transport, internet service, and FTTH initiatives.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, construction, operations, finance, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Track and report key milestones, project risks, and KPIs.
- Conduct data analysis and mining to improve forecasting and operational visibility.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable project management processes and tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FTTH project updates.
- Host recurring cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
- Ensure contractual documentation (MSAs, COIs, telecom agreements, etc.) is properly executed and maintained.
- Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to executive leadership.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong understanding of the full fiber deployment lifecycle—from transport equipment to customer activation.
- Experience managing multiple high-volume projects concurrently.
- Experience with GIS-based software platforms.
- Experience with enterprise project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, SiteTracker, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to track milestones, identify at-risk deliverables, and drive corrective action.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and financial management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing direct reports.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
- PMI-ACP - preferred
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – preferred
- Fiber/OSP technical certifications – preferred
