motivated Financial Services Improvement Coordinator to help transform the way our patients access care.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working alongside frontline staff. In this role, you'll support daily Financial Services operations while leading initiatives that improve scheduling, patient access, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and other revenue cycle processes.

What You'll Do
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient experience.
- Lead process improvement initiatives throughout Financial Services, including scheduling, registration, patient access, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
- Perform frontline operational duties, including scheduling and registration support, as needed to maintain departmental operations.
- Develop standardized workflows, policies, and job aids that promote consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborate with providers, clinic leaders, and department staff to improve patient access and optimize scheduling.
- Assist with implementation of new technologies, software enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Train and support staff on new processes and best practices.
- Help reduce barriers to care while improving revenue cycle performance and patient satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, revenue cycle, financial services, or healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and improve operational processes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Experience with Lean, process improvement, project coordination, or quality improvement is preferred.
