We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinic Physician (MD/DO) to join our team and help meet the growing healthcare needs of our community.

Position Summary

As a Clinic Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care. You will work collaboratively with nursing staff, specialists, and support teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.

This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on community health while contributing to clinical excellence and program development.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Excellence

• Provide direct patient care including physical exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions across a defined patient population
• Promote preventative care, health education, and wellness initiatives

Care Coordination & Collaboration

• Refer patients to specialists and ancillary services as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Direct and coordinate care activities of nursing and support staff

Leadership & Teaching (as applicable)

• Train and supervise medical students and residents, as appropriate
• Support clinical program development or specialty service lines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance programs

Compliance & Professional Practice

• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high standards for safety, infection control, and patient care quality
• Participate in health promotion and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• 3–5 years of directly related clinical experience
  (Residency training in a relevant specialty may be considered)
• Current Federal DEA Certification
• Active Medical License (Colorado or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant specialty
