Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established Architecture firm in North Little Rock, Arkansas, to identify an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering a path to long-term employment with a highly respected firm known for design excellence, collaborative culture, and operational stability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations using Deltek softwareProcess and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPrepare and issue client invoices in coordination with project managersMaintain general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliationsAdminister payroll for up to 30 employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, benefits, and deductionsSupport month-end and year-end closings, including preparation of financial statements and reportsPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanciesMaintain organized, compliant accounting files and ensure timely vendor paymentsQualificationsAssociate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferredMinimum 2 years of accounting and payroll experience, ideally in a professional services or project-based environmentPrior experience or familiarity with Deltek preferredStrong proficiency in Excel and general accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlinesProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project and management teamsFor more information, please apply directly or reach out to Sam Swensen at sam.swensen@arkansastalentgroup.comArkansas Talent Group is an Executive Permanent Placement Recruitment Firm, all considerations will be held confidential.
