The individual is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Direct Support Professional (DSP) who can provide encouragement while promoting independence and personal growth. What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.
