Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
Searcy Injury Care is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients and clinic operations by assisting with therapy, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients
- Administer prescribed physio therapies
- Assist with patient intake and paperwork
- Open and close the clinic
- Manage billing, payments, and patient records
- Communicate with clinic leadership and maintain compliance with HIPAA
- Support clinic cleaning and organization
- Help explain therapy benefits and treatment plans to patients
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- CNA license preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for over 4 hours daily
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Use hands and arms for treatment and office tasks
- Bend, kneel, and crouch as needed
- Good vision and hearing for patient care
