We’re seeking a compassionate and organized Chiropractic Assistant to support our mission of promoting holistic health and delivering outstanding service to our patients. Job Summary:As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients have a positive experience. You’ll split your time between clinical support and administrative tasks, working closely with our chiropractors to deliver top-notch care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, eager to learn, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. WE DO PAID TRAINING ON SITE. So no experience needed but experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, assist with intake processes, take patient histories, and prepare treatment rooms for chiropractic adjustments.Clinical Support: Assist chiropractors with modalities (e.g., heat/ice therapy, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation) and educate patients on treatment plans as directed.Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, handle billing and insurance claims, and maintain office organization.Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment, answer phone inquiries, and address patient questions with professionalism and empathy.Team Support: Order supplies, maintain equipment, and assist with community outreach or marketing efforts as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Chiropractic or Medical experience is a plus but not needed.Previous experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or customer service role preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset.Basic computer proficiency (experience with EHR systems is a bonus).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).Enthusiasm for holistic health and willingness to learn chiropractic techniques.Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable with a professional demeanor.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive, community-driven practice in the wellness hub of Hot Springs.Enjoy opportunities for on-the-job training and professional development, including potential support for earning certifications.Work in a rewarding environment where you directly impact patients’ health and well-being.How to Apply:If you’re excited to join a passionate team dedicated to holistic health, we’d love to hear from you!
