Part-Time or Full Time Aerial Arts Instructor
Arkansas Circus Arts is a growing circus and aerial arts studio looking for enthusiastic, energetic coaches to join our Youth and Adult Circus Program! If you love working with children and adults and are passionate about Circus, Aerial Arts and movement, we’d love to meet you!
As a coach, you’ll lead classes and teach disciplines such as Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Trapeze, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Flexibility and more—we’ll also provide in-house training and professional development.
This is a part-time or full time position.
Hours vary based on studio needs, your availability, and experience. Coaching hours may range per week, with additional opportunities available as the program expands. Our busy class times for Youth and adults are Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturdays 9am-4pm, and Sundays 9:30am-4pm. Opportunities for extra hours include private lessons, subbing and parties on weekends.
Competitive Pay: Pay rates are negotiable based on your experience, skills, education, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities
● Teach Aerial Arts to students of various ages and skill levels.
● Foster a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
● Emphasize proper technique, progressions, and safety in every class.
● Communicate professionally and confidently with parents and families.
● Help students build confidence while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and discipline.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
● Energetic, positive, patient, and dependable.
● Passionate about working with children.
● Comfortable teaching students from toddlers through teens.
● Skilled in classroom management and creating an encouraging learning environment.
● A strong communicator with both children and parents.
Required- Experience teaching Aerial Arts to adults or children or experience doing Aerial Arts in a professional gym setting
