Title: User Support Specialist/Trainer
Location: - Columbia, SC 29201 (hybrid – 1 day onsite/week)

Summary
This role is supporting a set of legal review applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background with exposure to legal tools such as Everlaw, OnCue (trial presentation software), Justice Premier, and Evidence.com.
The position involves hands-on troubleshooting and providing on-call support, with a high volume of requests related to trial presentation systems.
The role follows a hybrid schedule with primarily remote work and occasional onsite presence (approximately 2 days per pay period).
It's once per week onsite or 2 days onsite in 2 weeks - rest remote
Good communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Education:
Undergrad degree preferred
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Performing help desk functions, training end users, developing training materials.
Required Skills:
Experience teaching and training users on computer applications; developing training course materials; experience with litigation support and eDiscovery
Preferred Skills:
Relativity and Microsoft office suite.
Expected Deliverables:
Help desk related completed tickets; training materials (PPT decks, how-to articles, curriculum)
