The Housekeeping Assistant responsibilities include:
- Cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and bathrooms.
- Vacuuming, dusting,
- Emptying waste baskets
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Total room cleans upon resident discharge
- Laundry duties as assigned
- Distribution of linens and personal resident clothing upon receipt
The Housekeeping Assistant will have an understanding of the use of chemicals follow federal, state, and local guidelines in there usage. The Housekeeping Assistant will have previous experience in healthcare, hospital, hospitality environment, or a willingness to learn on the job. The Housekeeping Assistant will understand how to work within a team system and maintain open communication with the Director of Maintanance and Housekeeping and other member of facility Administration.
