Skilled Nursing Facility seeks a Full-Time Business Office Manager to handle all items related to patient billing, accounts, receivable, census processing.
Experience required in the following responsibilties:
Direct processing of accounts receivable, private and TPA billing, cash deposits, and posting
Monitor private pay spend down and monitor timely conversions to Medicaid pending
Manage Medicaid pending tracking
Meet with residents (or family/responsible party) to explain specific financial obligations
Maintain facility census and
File timely Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims
Other duties as directed
Preferred candidates will have prior, proven experience as a Business Office Manager within a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care setting.
