The Role
We are seeking dedicated, experienced Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our founding team. In this role, you will be the heart of ARK Care—providing essential daily support while utilizing our proprietary Family Dashboard technology to document care and communicate with our clinical team. You are not just a sitter; you are a vital professional ensuring the safety and dignity of our clients.
What You Will Do
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility/transfers.
- Ensure a safe home environment and respond appropriately to smart-home sensor alerts or fall detection notifications.
- Manage daily medication reminders and facilitate telehealth appointments when necessary.
- Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and run essential errands.
- Document care activities accurately in the ARK Care Family Dashboard to keep families informed in real-time.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing vital companionship and emotional support.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of professional caregiving experience (CNA certification is highly preferred but not required).
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background screening and drug test.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Technology: Comfortable using a smartphone app to log shifts, document care, and communicate with the team.
- Compassion: A genuine heart for serving others, particularly seniors and veterans.
