Join our dynamic team as a Waterproofing Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering high-quality construction solutions! In this role, you will be responsible for applying waterproofing materials to protect structures from water intrusion, ensuring durability and longevity.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installations
- Conduct inspections on completed work to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for material placement or site preparation
- Assist with related construction tasks including keeping our shop and all ARK belongings clean and organized
- High level of teamwork capabilities and goal oriented
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs daily
- Clean driving record
- Background in related trades a plus (plumbing, masonry, HVAC, carpentry)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA guidelines
