Industry Outreach Coordinator (Grant Funded)

Arizona Western College is seeking an Industry Outreach Coordinator to connect the Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA) with the small manufacturers, employers, and community partners who can benefit from the program. This role is all about building relationships, creating meaningful industry connections, and bringing the right people to the table.

Grant funded through the Empower to Grow Program, this position offers the opportunity to make a difference through community engagement and bilingual outreach to small manufacturers across the region. Typical Duties:

• Serves Students. Designs and executes MBAA participant recruitment and outreach strategy.
• Manages Industry Equipment Prioritization Council (IEPC) convening schedule, agendas, and employer engagement.
• Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years community/employer relations
• Manufacturing sector knowledge
Bilingual English/Spanish

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

• Arizona Driver’s License or Equivalent

Salary:
$65,000 per year

Notes:

• Location: Wellton Campus
• Benefits Eligible
• Grant Funded (Empower 2 Grow Grant) – Scheduled to end no later than August 2027
• Exempt, $65,000 12-month annual salary
