What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Administrator position at Arizona Pipeline Co.?
Essential Functions:
- Executes policies, goals, and objectives for various fleet administration programs.
- Ensures all necessary activities/tasks/measures are taken/executed to maintain program compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and laws for such programs.
- Ensures drivers have a suitable DMV record to operate company vehicle(s).
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work:
- Vehicle maintenance and logs
- Vehicle(s) registration
- Schedule fleet cleaning
- Mileage logs
- Maintains database of maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and heavy motor equipment.
- Traffic citations.
- Prepares informative and engaging safety presentations to promote best driving practices.
- Schedules and conducts annual and periodic driving evaluations, ensuring vehicle/equipment proficiency and identify areas for corrective action.
- Maintains and stays up to date with vehicle safety, DOT, DMV, and vehicle-related regulations and requirements.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software. Advanced Excel experience is required
- Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Experience in ECMS or ERP systems
- Previous experience with DOT regulations, DMV regulations, vehicle code and safety, required
- Previous experience of vehicle maintenance requirement, preferred
- Experience working with various types of vehicles including gas, diesel, electric, truck, commercial vehicles, etc., highly preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
