🚗 Fleet Management:
🗓️ Schedule and manage maintenance and repairs for our fleet of vehicles.
📋 Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
📞 Communicate with drivers to resolve vehicle issues promptly.
💡 Identify and suggest improvements for fleet operations.
📊 Assist in analyzing fleet data to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
🔧 Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
🏢 Inventory & Warehouse Administration:
📦 Manage incoming and outgoing inventory for plumbing, HVAC, and restoration materials.
📑 Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
🛠️ Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space.
📋 Log all materials used by technicians daily and keep accurate records.
🚛 Coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors and field teams.
🔍 Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with inventory reporting.
🔑 Requirements:
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
✅ Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers, vendors, and field teams.
✅ Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and warehouse operations is a plus.
