Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
Perform quality checks and inspections in blending or packaging lines to ensure products meet quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and safety.
Conduct daily work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Report any near misses, injuries, or first aids to leaders as required.
Ensure accurate and efficient pass down of information and tasks in Redzone, our operation management system.
Quality Performance >98%
Encourages safety culture by notifying leaders of unsafe acts.
Fosters continuous improvement mindset regarding safety.
Since this position is a Safety Leader this individual must also ensure they lead by example and have no reportable injuries and no injuries requiring first aid within one calendar year.
Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Credentials/Knowledge
No certifications or licenses required.
Moderate math skills required.
Moderate reading skills required.
Moderate computer skills needed. (or Must have basic computer skills in MS Office)
Must have moderate language skills.
Must have moderate writings skills.
