Quality Control Laboratory Technician

We are seeking two temporary Quality professionals for a 3-month contract to support product handling and documentation in a regulated environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan products into the ERP system and relocate them to designated storage bins for inspection by operations personnel.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with SOPs, GDP principles, and regulatory standards. Ensure all transactions and movements are documented promptly and accurately.
• Review product labels, forms, and associated documentation for completeness and correctness. Identify and escalate discrepancies or non-conformances immediately.
• Utilize ERP systems, MasterControl, and Excel to manage product data. Uphold data integrity and confidentiality while adapting quickly to new systems or updates.
• Work closely with quality and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate issues proactively and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while maintaining focus, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.

• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for up to 8 hours/day.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing labels, forms, and components.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (BC or similar), MasterControl, and Excel.
• Understanding of FDA/AATB expectations and compliance standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

• Prior experience in a regulated environment (FDA/AATB).
• Familiarity with ERP systems beyond BC.
• Previous quality assurance experience.
• Previous lab technician experience.
• 1–2 years in a quality, compliance, or regulated environment preferred.

The role operates from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, in an on-site clean, regulated laboratory/production environment. It involves working within a collaborative team setting with a strong emphasis on professionalism. This is a minimum 3-month contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion to the lab production team after completion of the project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
