Oversee all operational aspects of planning, coordinating and production to ensure all products manufactured are of the highest quality, according to standard, while safely making the best use of resources to drive production efficiently, and are produced on time.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Follow and ensure organizational compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
• Oversee all activities directly related to the production of vitamin supplements products.
• Coordinate all departments in production to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Review production activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, recommend ways to minimize costs and improve processes
• Coordinate production in close partnership with planning, purchasing, receiving, production, and logistics.
• Provide the executive team with weekly, monthly and quarterly production goals and performance figures.
• Develop and cross train staff by mentoring, teaching, setting performance standards/goals/matrix, and identifying their needs to further their progression and contribution to the company.
• Review all personnel changes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Write, implement, and train according to standard operating procedures on current and future procedures, on both facility and equipment subjects.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and/or department supervisors and maintenance to determine equipment needs. Research and work with vendors to determine the proper equipment for current and future needs. Perform ROI analysis on recommends equipment.
• Directs the Production organization’s response to all Beck NCRs (Non-Conforming Reports) and CAPAs (Corrective Action/Preventative Action) to determine root causes of any production process issues.
• Lead and support Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen activities to drive sustained 
                improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation/growth.
• Site Directors will support all local, state and federal safety requirements and understand the legal responsibilities to ensure compliance. They will adhere to and drive safe work behaviors as directed by company safety personnel.

2.2.1    Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
2.2.2    Reports to the Vice President of Operations 
2.2.3    Responsibility: Ensure all the teams members follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and that all Critical Control Point (CCP) are monitored and recorded according to the HACCP plan.
2.2.4    Authority: To stop production lines or place product on “Quality Hold” if food safety risk, sanitation failure, or deviation from critical limits is identified
2.2.5    Reporting Authority: Must immediately report any food safety non-conformance or equipment malfunction that threatens product integrity to the SQF Practitioner or QC Manager.
