Oversee production process and schedule and assist production supervisors to achieve customer satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sanitation workers.

·       Follow all company policies and procedures.

·       Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.

·       Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments in the production schedule.

·       Supervise the production team to produce and prioritize production jobs.

·       Maintain personal productivity and quality standards in all departments to ensure all employees follow Standard Operating Procedures.

·       Maintain order and discipline within production areas. Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.

·       Communicate with general managers, sales and production teams, informing and updating them regarding the production schedule, delivery dates and/or any issues during the production process.

·       Work with the supervisors to implement production goals and assist them to reach those goals.

·       Monitor quality standards of products.

·       Review timesheets, making adjustments as necessary.

·       Supervise Sanitation staff.

·       Oversee the ordering of sanitation chemicals.

·       Keep current SDS of all cleaning chemicals.

·       Ensure cleaners and sanitizers are at proper dilution levels.

·       Review daily verification log of cleaning chemical strength.

·       Accompany QA on sanitation audits.

·       Inspect facility for unsanitary practices and conditions and provide corrective actions.

·       Train staff and Production employees assigned to Sanitation duty on proper sanitation procedures.

·       Coordinate all vermin control procedures with contracted pest control.

Qualifications:

·       Supervisory role of multiple direct reports.

·       Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

·       Five years of work experience necessary.

·       Forklift Certification required.

·       Must have basic math skills.

·       Basic reading skills required.

·       Basic computer skills needed.

·       Able to communicate in English. Fluency in multiple languages may be required.

·       Must have basic writing skills.

·       Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.

·       Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.

·       Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
