This is a full-time on-site AR Clerk position based in Phoenix, AZ. The AR Clerk will handle accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation. Qualifications
- Finance and Accounting skills, including a solid understanding of accounts receivable operations and invoicing
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage and maintain accurate financial records
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Familiarity with the construction or home improvement industry is beneficial
