- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on design and materials.
- Design and create custom signage and graphics using various substrates such as wood, metal, plastic, acrylic and vinyl.
- Operate sign-making equipment including an HP700 latex printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator.
- Prepare surfaces for application of graphics and signage.
- Install signage and graphics at client locations while ensuring proper alignment and attachment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance skills and service offerings.
- 5 years experience as a professional sign maker in design, production and installation.
- MUST HAVE expertise using Adobe Design Tool Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- MUST HAVE expertise with RIP software.
- MUST HAVE expertise operating a wide format printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator.
- Color management and color matching.
- Vehicle and fleet graphic and wrap installation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Certified Installation professional (3m, Avery, etc.) is a strong advantage.
