Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech or occupational therapy interventions in home-based or educational environments.
- Conduct functional assessments and implement individualized care plans focused on practical, daily living, and academic skills.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary school teams to maximize progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance records in accordance with state and insurance (ALTCS/AHCCCS) standards.
- (For Assistants) Maintain seamless communication and collaboration with your supervising SLP or OT.
Qualifications
- Appropriate degree from an accredited program (Master’s for SLP/OT; Associate’s/Bachelor’s for Assistants).
- Active Arizona state professional license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
- Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (for home health positions).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
