Qualifications
Educational Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited college of medicine with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Medical Board.
- Must be registered with the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration and maintain a valid unrestricted controlled substance registration certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
- Works in an office or clinical setting.
- Exposed to moderate noise levels.
- Requires effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork with various stakeholders.
- Functions in a fast-paced environment.
- May require flexibility in working hours based on operational needs.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and comply with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
