JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Processor

DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Accounts Payable

FACILITY LOCATION: Woodbury

REPORTS TO: Director of Accounts Payable

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Perform routine accounting work in the accounts payable function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Responsible for all aspects of AP

2. Three way matching of invoices, purchase orders and receiving documents

3. Coding of invoices

4. Interact with outside vendors which includes checking status on statements and making sure invoices are paid on time.

5. Interact with internal resources to get approvals and check status of invoices

6. Cutting checks and mailing them out in a timely fashion

7. Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· 3 years of accounts payable experience

· Independent problem solving skills

· Proficiency in MS word and excel

· Detail oriented and highly organized

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Previous SAP experience and Open text a plus
