Flooring and Tile Repair Technician

Role and Responsibilities

The Flooring Field Technician II is responsible for the customer satisfaction of our builders and homeowners through repairs/warranty work.

• Follows and enables a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.
• Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs
• Completes floor tilerepair/replacement and grout repairs and touch ups.
• Acts as customer advocate with a focus oncustomer complete satisfaction. 
• Works withfieldSuperteamtocompleterepairs prior to home closing.
• Works withcustomerservice team to complete service/warranty workin a timely manner.
• Communicates with homeowners/builderrepsnextsteps.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Deep understanding offlooringinstallation and the homebuilding/remodeling industry.
• Minimum of5years of flooringinstallation experience and/or training
• Ability to be licensed and insured to drive company vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Suite, and GoogleCalendar.
• Excellent communicationskills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of theconstruction industrylifecycle

Additional Notes

• This position is field based and at times can be in homesin the process of beingbuilt, without air conditioning
