Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share
- Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback and guidance
- Create a motivated and results-driven environment within the sales team
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, builders, developers, and other stakeholders
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to residential real estate or home products
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings
- Provide insights to senior management regarding market opportunities and potential threats
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline developments
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and other parties as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and a high conversion rate
- Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
- Monitor inventory levels or property availability and communicate with clients regarding timelines
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home sales, real estate, or a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Working Conditions:
