Accounting Associate (Entry-Level)

HKG Duty Free, part of Ariva Group, is seeking a motivated recent Accounting graduate with Microsoft 365 skills to join our growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your accounting career within a dynamic retail and international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools
• Process invoices and assist with expense tracking
• Support payroll and general accounting functions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
